Ideal Customer Profile

As a seasoned entrepreneur you've done exercises like this before in your business.

Answer the basic questions about demographics and psychographics for the ideal customer (from the sweet spot exercise).

Then go a little deeper by imagining him or her going throughout a typical day.

  1. What is he/she thinking about in the grocery store, or while doing laundry, or talking to her colleagues at work.
  2. What is her mindset?

When you're done this you'll have a much clearer idea of how your product or service can help her.

It will also be much simpler to write newsletters and structure any communication.
